Oram and Mason are October's top players
Congratulations to our two Isle of Man Newspapers Sports desk Canada Life Premier League October Players of the Month, Danny Oram and Scott Mason.
Ayre United forward Oram, was given the top spot by the ratings panel with 9.5 points, 1.5 points clear of second placed Lee Gale (who was last month's winner), and his Ayre team-mate, Shaun Kelly in third with 7 points.
Oram is currently the league's top scorer and six of the goals came during October; arguably the most important was versus Ramsey, when his single goal earned Ayre all three points.
Rushen United FC defender Scott Mason was rated the top under 21 player for October, as he continues to impress as one of the league's most consistent defenders. After a tricky start to the season, the Spaniards are now finding some form. Two of Mason's team-mates also finished in the top seven: Stephen Riding (4th) and Jamie Johnson (6th).
