Isle of Man FA centre of excellence U13’s travel to The New Saints FC in Owestry Town, Wales

This weekend the Isle of Man FA Centre of Excellence boys U13’s travelled to Owestry Town in Wales to play two friendly fixtures against Welsh professional academy junior teams from The New Saints FC. Accompanied by their age group coaches Gavin Gawne and Paul Lake and assisted by Callum Gawne, the squad played on Saturday morning in fixtures which ended 5-2 and 8-0 (Ollie Eyres and Charlie Alstead the Isle of Man team scorers on the day). The IOMFA would like to thank TNS academy for their fantastic hospitality towards the group as the boys then enjoyed   watching The New Saints FC in their Welsh Premier League fixture against Cardiff Met at Park Hall Stadium.
