Without the time, dedication and commitment volunteers demonstrate each and every week across our county, clubs and leagues would simply not exist.

A well-run club should feature the backroom staff of a fixtures secretary, fundraisers, a club welfare officer and a chairman to oversee the club’s constitution, as well as frontline first-aiders to act as physios and team coaches.
Isle of Man FA is committed to supporting the volunteers in club football that make up the backbone of the grassroots game.
