IOM FA STATEMENT CLARIFICATION FOLLOWING SUSPENSION OF FOOTBALL IN ENGLAND

The suspension of grassroots football in England does NOT apply to football on the Isle of Man - training and matches continue on the island.

Isle of Man FA Statement: 5/11/2020

The IOMFA notes the suspension of “non-elite” and grassroots football activity in England from this Thursday 5thNovember 2020.

As confirmed by the FA in a statement yesterday.

This is in line with the UK Government’s decision to introduce new national Covid-19 restrictions in England.

This suspension does NOT currently apply to football in the Isle of Man. Clubs in the Island are allowed to continue with training and matches.
